Come and enjoy Rock 'n' Roll with Harbour City
The Harbour City Rock 'n' Roll Club focuses on enjoying 50's rock 'n' roll dancing and music, and currently has around 200 members.
The Club is based at the Northland Memorial Community Hall, 5 Woburn Road, Northland, Wellington, New Zealand
| General dancing every Monday night 7.30-10pm. The cost is $2 for members and $5 for non-members. | |
| These are generally held on the fourth Friday of each month. We supply a DJ/band and a supper, BYO drinks. | |
| A six-week course is held about five times each year, from 8.15-9.15pm on Monday nights. The cost is $6 per lesson or $30 for the full course if paid in full. | |
| For Club members only, held on Monday nights from 7.30-8.00pm at no extra charge. | |
| These are advertised in the Club newsletter from time to time, and cover topics such as jumps and introduction to competitive dancing. | |
| If you become a member of Harbour City Rock 'n' Roll Club you will receive a monthly newsletter which is jam-packed with useful information. | |
| Our year runs from 1st April to the 31st March. The membership charges range from $29 per year for a single person over 18 to $45 per year for a two-parent family. Your membership also entitles you to reduced prices at other clubs' hops throughout the country. |
